betPawa Premier League: Accra Lions vs Berekum Chelsea – Rustum Senorgbe’s second time at center

Accra Lions will face Berekum Chelsea in the betPawa premier league week 13 fixture, at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, January 16, 2023 and class one referee, Rustum Gameli Senorgbe has been handed the match.

It will be the second time the Ho based referee will be officiating a match between Accra Lions and Berekum Chelsea in premier league.

The Marketer first officiated a match between the two, in the 2021/22 season, when Accra Lions defeated Berekum Chelsea by 2-0 at the same venue on June 4, 2022, a week 32 fixture.

The SWAG Award nominee has never centered matches in a row before since becoming a premier league referee in 2019.

Surprisingly, Rustum launched himself into the premier league after he officiated a 0-1 match between Accra Lions and Amidaus Professionals in the division one league on May 16, 2019.

However, the Social Entrepreneur only away match for Berekum Chelsea ended 4-1 for Karela Utd on January 17, 2021; a week 9 game at the CAM Park
