The two players from Medeama SC, defender Fatawu Hamid and Striker Johnathan Sowah are part of the final 25-man squad named by Coach Chris Hughton for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Madagascar.
The last time these two players featured for the Blacks Stars was a friendly game against Liberia at the Accra sports stadium on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
These two players are key to Medeama SC in the Betpawa Premier League and the CAF Champions League and much will be expected from them as they defend the premier league this season.
