Bible Text: (Genesis 1, 2, and 3).

The year has started, and many are the thoughts that usually come up in your mind: how is the year going to end, what are my packages within the year, and are my expectations going to be met as planned?

Brethren, as humans, you are right to make such a decision, but before Adam was created, God had already created Eden.

Eden was created to assist Adam in all his endeavours and spheres of living. Adam never lacked anything in the Garden of Eden. Provisions such as food, meat, herbs, etc. were made available to Adam for a better life. That’s how God has made this year. As you were entering things to enrich your life, they have been provided in the year 2024 already. Never be perturbed by the raging of storms and waves you are hearing or seeing. They are mirage behaving as if they can frustrate you from achieving what has been made as your Eden.

The birds that do not labour have hope that their Eden is provided; the ants are trusting the Lord that whenever it gets out of its pit, it can get something to feed on. What about you being the image of God, the likeness of God, and being invested with power to rule your environment? The days ahead are enveloped with a lot of Eden.

What God needs from you is to get closer to Him always, call Him and tell Him your needs through prayer, give thanks and praise Him always, and be holy so He can get closer to you.

Brethren, as we have started the journey, anything you are about to embark on, be it a project, school, or any other thing, I would like to encourage you that God has already made the provision, so have faith and trust Him, the Lord.

To sum up, we must do well to light our spirits with the hope that the Lord has already made our provision, as Eden was prepared for Adam.
