Former Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer, Jarvis Peprah has heaped praises on the club’s current Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah for the work he has done in his first year.
Since his unveiling in August, the CEO has been working towards restoring the elite status of the club on the local scene and on the continent as well as Otumfour tasked the board of directors of the club.
So far, he has managed to secure several mouthwatering partnerships for the club including one with English Premier League side Southampton FC.
His leadership is also close to completing the first phase of the Adako Jachie Training Complex.
Speaking to Hello FM in an interview, Jarvis Peprah indicated that the former GFA presidential aspirant has done a marvellous job despite failing to win the league title and the FA Cup.
“I think our Public Relations side was not the best, but apart from that, I think he’s done very well being in office for just one year.
“We couldn’t win the league and FA Cup but we can build on that in the season ahead.
“So I will not say he has failed, no! With time if the board members position themselves well as a body able to solve problems without coming out it will help the club.”
The Porcupine Warriors placed 2nd in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League but were bundled out of the FA Cup on penalties by Berekum Chelsea.
