Exceptional Class one referee, Moro Iddrisu had been handed the Wamanafo Mighty Royals vs Techiman Eleven Wonders match week 14 tie scheduled for Sunday, February 25 at the Adehyiman Park.
It will be the Kumasi based Referee’s 3rd match at the center since he returned to the second-tier league this season. Moro handled the Maana Fc 1-0 game against Tamale City at the Malik Jabir Stadium in Wa and later the Liberty Youth 2-1 against Mighty Royals at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
The Law enforcer will be aided on the lines by Abdul Rahman Abugbilla and Kingsley Asare whereas Nathan Anafo mans the fourth official post. Albert Commey is assigned to Commission the Match that will kick off at 3pm.
Mighty Royals has one win against Eleven Wonders and that makes this encounter a cagey one as the host occupy the 3rd spot in the Zone 1B table with 20 points, while Eleven Wonders manage the 8th position with 13 points.
Moro Iddrisu is a FIFA trained Technical Instructor at the Ashanti Regional Football Association (ARFA). His strict adherence to the laws of the game gave him the name, ‘The People’s referee’ and he hopes to maintain his integrity and tactfulness in all matches.
