Ho based Class One Referee, Rustum Gameli Senorgbe opens his Division One league matches this season at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence, Prampram Park on Saturday, September 28 2024, where Akatsi All Stars welcomes Hohoe United Fc in their Zone 3 match day 1 encounter.
The 10am kick off match becomes the Marketer’s 12th Division One match since becoming a Premier league Referee in 2019. While it is the first time the SWAG member is officiating a match day 1 match of the Division 1, it is his first time officiating the at Prampram Park.
Efo Gameli will be assisted on the lines by fellow Premier league referee, Courage Kuedufia and Moses Amegbetor, whereas Emmanuel Asare Darko mans the fourth official post. Match Commissioner is Samuel Annor.
With Akatsi All Stars not finishing the 2023/24 season of the Access Bank Division One league well, they are poised to begin this season on a good note, while Hohoe Utd who finished top 4 will hope to keep a consistent performance.
The nature of the game gives Rustum an opportunity to make his impact felt in the refereeing space.
