Executive Secretary of the National Coalition for Proper Human Sexual Rights and Family Values, Mr Moses Foh-Amoaning has hinted that some top government officials have facilitated for the establishment of a new LGBT office at an undisclosed location in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

The law lecturer disclosed this on Monday, August 16, 2021, on Neat FM’s Ghana Montie show. According to him, the top government officials spent over $80,000
in setting up the new office.

The former Ghana Boxing Authority chairman also indicated that the LGBT advocates have now rebranded themselves as civil society groups championing sexual reproductive health in the country.

“We have picked up information that some government officials have facilitated the move for an LGBT office to be set up for $80,000. We know all this and we will be holding a press conference to address this issue” he assured.

In his view, “it will be better for the US to blacklist Ghana rather than for God to blacklist us,” he said.

Mr Foh- Amoaning disclosed that his outfit will hold a press conference in the coming days and expose individuals behind the new development.

It will be recalled that in February 2021 Ghana security forces raided and shut down the office of an LGBTQ rights group in the capital, Accra.

The President of Ghana, Akufo-Addo and other top officials in the country have all spoken against the activities of the LGBT.
