Kumasi-based Class One Referee, Moro Iddrisu, has been appointed to officiate the Ghana Premier League Day 19 encounter between Accra Hearts of Oak and Dreams Fc, slated for Friday, January 16, 2026 at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
The tie, which will be telecast LIVE on TV3 becomes the 13th Premier League game for the law enforcer.
The former Ashanti Region CAF Instructor will be visiting the University of Ghana Sports Stadium for the second time, after he wonderfully officiated the 2-3 match day 17 fixture between Eleven Wonders and Gold Stars.

The match becomes Moro Iddrisu’s first ever at center in either Dreams Fc or Accra Hearts of Oak duel, while he has manned the fourth official post in 1 and 3 times for both teams respectively.
It is a game that many would love to watch as the rivalry between Hearts and Dreams Fc continues. Dreams Fc have managed 2 wins, as against 3 for Hearts in their last 10 meetings, with 5 stalemates.
While the Phobians have recorded 1 loss in their last 5 outings and lie 5th with 31 points, the Still Believe lads have tasted two defeats and currently occupy the 9th spot with 23 points.

Moro Iddrisu will be assisted on the lines by Gilbert Adom Mensah and Ernest Akatey. David Adaney will man the 4th official post, while Gabriel Inkoom Commissions the match.
Moro Iddrisu, mostly referred to by football lovers as #thepeoplesreferee, has been consistent in Ghana’s top flight since becoming a Premier League Referee in 2024.
